In addition to the performers, there are some big-name presenters to add to the show too. Nelly Furtado, Miranda Cosgrove and "Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester — who is up for Best Pop Video and Best Direction for Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad" — will be on hand to, well, hand out the awards. They join Katy Perry, Ne-Yo and Chace Crawford, who have already been announced as VMA presenters
